To earn Certified Scrum Professional® – ScrumMaster (CSP®-SM), you first must have an active A-CSM® certification with Scrum Alliance®. With your A-CSM®, you should demonstrate at least two-year work experiences specific to the role of ScrumMaster within the past five years.

You need to record your experience in your Scrum Alliance profile in order to claim the CSP®-SM Certification. There is no additional verification required.
Like A-CSM® certification Scrum Alliance does not conduct an official exam for CSP®-SM. Your Certified Scrum Trainer will offer you some assignments which you need to complete in order to earn the CSP®-SM certificate.
If you are a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), then the next step in your Agile journey is to achieve your Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM®) certification. For that, you must validate at least 12 months of work experience specific to the role of ScrumMaster (within the past five years). However, after A-CSM, you can still elevate your career further by earning the Certified Scrum Professional®-ScrumMaster (CSP®-SM) certification. And for that, you must have at least 24 months of work experience specific to the role of ScrumMaster (from within the past five years).
