No, CSPO certification is provided based on participation. Your trainer will decide based on your performance on in-class assessments. Scrum Alliance may introduce an exam in future.

No, Any professional with experience in Scrum or even a beginner can go for a CSPO certification. There are no defined eligibility Criteria. Ideally, someone with experience of working in a Scrum team should do CSPO certification in Hyderabad.
