In this blog, I am providing steps to report ‘Read’ PDUs. Before commencing the steps, let’s first understand what are ‘Read’ PDUs:
Read PDUs comes under ‘Education’ category. You can earn Read PDUs by reading (but not limited to) informational, non-fiction books, articles, white papers, or blogs.
These PDUs are recorded in either one of the following categories of Talent Triangle:
It is very easy to map these PDUs against above categories. Here, I am providing guidelines to learn to categorize each Read PDU:
1. If you are reading topics helps in achieving the team goal. You can report them against leadership category. For more details, you can refer my blog on “Earning Leadership PDUs”.
2. If you are reading core certificate topics, categorized them in ‘Technical’ PDUs. You can refer my blog on “Earning Technical PDUs” to learn more details about it.
3. If your reading is related to areas which can improve ways to meet strategic project goals, categorize them in ‘Strategic’ PDUs. For more details, kindly visit “Earning Strategic PDUs”
The most important thing to note here that you can earn all of your PDUs using ‘Read’ category :). If you like reading this could be your preferred way to maintain your certificate.
