Two full-length mock tests to make you ready for the PMP exam.
Key Highlights:
The Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Exam is based on the PMP Exam Content Outline (ECO) published by PMI. The ECO provides a comprehensive list of tasks expected to be executed by a Project Manager. These tasks are further elaborated by enablers, which describe the tools and artifacts that can assist in performing the tasks. As these tasks are essential for project managers, they form the foundation of the PMP Exam.
PMP Exam Domains and Their Weightages: PMI has organized these tasks into three categories, each with a specific weightage in the exam:
People: 42%
Process: 50%
Business Environment: 8%
The Exam Content Outline (ECO) tasks can be executed using Predictive, Adaptive, or Hybrid approaches. The exam will consist of 50% of questions from the Predictive approach and 50% of questions focusing on task execution using Adaptive and Hybrid approaches. The PMP Exam comprises 180 questions that must be answered within 230 minutes. For our PMP Practice Test, we recommend targeting a completion time of 200 minutes.

Key Features of Our Mock Tests:
Realistic Exam Simulation: Each mock test is designed to simulate the format and difficulty of the actual PMP exam.
Detailed Explanations: Every question includes detailed explanations to enhance understanding and retention of PMP concepts.
Alignment with PMI Guidelines: These FREE PMP Exam Mocks provide a thorough review of all exam topics, ensuring no stone is left unturned.
Master Time Management for the PMP Exam: Practicing this strategy through mock exams will help you build the time management skills required for the exam, increase your stamina, and get accustomed to the pacing and structure of the actual PMP exam. The more you sweat in practice, the easier the exam will feel.
First 80 minutes: Complete the first 60 questions. Review any flagged questions, then submit. Take a short break—ensure the total time (review plus break) does not exceed 10 minutes.
Next 80 minutes: Complete the next 60 questions. Again, review flagged questions, then submit, followed by another break—keeping the total time (review plus break) within 10 minutes. After this break, you cannot revisit these questions.
Final 70 minutes: Complete the last 60 questions to finish the exam.
Thoroughly Examine Each Question: On average, you have 1.15 to 1.33 minutes per question. Practice mock exams with this timing in mind. Read the question and all four options carefully, as both reveal the full scenario. You are expected to choose the best answer from the available options, so ensure you fully understand the context before responding.
Review the Glossary Before Mock Practice: Going through the glossary before starting your mock practice helps you navigate questions more quickly and efficiently, as it eliminates the struggle to recall what each term means during the exam.m.
Adhere to the Acknowledge, Analyze, Act Sequence: When issues arise, the first step for a project manager is to acknowledge the problem. Next, assess or analyze the situation with your team and stakeholders to fully understand the issue. Based on this analysis, identify the appropriate action. Acting without proper assessment is generally not the best option. Therefore, an option that confirms this sequence is often the best choice.
Prioritize Your Answer: In the PMP exam, always choose the BEST first option. If multiple options seem correct, select the one you would implement first, ensuring it’s the most practical and effective choice for the scenario.
Stay Consistent with Project Management Principles: When presented with various options, choose the one that best conforms to established project management principles, ensuring alignment with best practices. You can revisit these principles through our YouTube channel. For example, watch the first principle video: PM Principles #1: Be a diligent, respectful, and caring steward..
Adapt to Emerging Requirements in Agile: In Agile environments, requirements will likely emerge over time. It’s essential to remain flexible and adapt to these changes to ensure project success.
Regularly Reassess and Update Estimates: Remember that it is important to continuously evaluate and update estimates to maintain accuracy and improve planning. As project uncertainty decreases, refined estimates can significantly enhance planning and execution.
Strengthen Agile Fundamentals: Before attempting a full-length mock test, consider watching the “50 Agile Questions” video series to solidify your Agile knowledge.
Learn About the Hybrid Approach: Viewing a video on the Hybrid approach to project management may provide valuable insights for answering numerous PMP exam questions correctly.
Leverage Video Explanations in the Mock- 1: The Mock- 1, which is the second of the two full-length practice exams, includes a video explanation for each question. Watching these videos is highly recommended, as they help you develop the project manager mindset required to excel in the PMP exam.
Concentrate on Personal Growth: While attempting questions, focus on fostering and supporting individual development rather than relying on direction and micromanagement. This approach encourages better decision-making and helps build a motivated and empowered team.
