How difficult is the CSM® test?

The Certified Scrum Master (CSM) test is simple, and most of our clients get certified by giving the exam after completing the CSM training. However, if you want to be extra prepared, you can read the scrum guide once.

The CSM test is a browser-based exam (non-proctored) that contains 50 multiple-choice questions, and you will have one hour to complete it. The questions will be about Scrum Roles, Events and Artifacts. The passing score is 74%.
After receiving the initial welcome email from Scrum Alliance that contains the account activation link, you will have 90 days to complete the CSM test for free. Even though the exam is straightforward, you still get two free attempts to pass the CSM test.
