It also provides a collection of options and good ideas to select from and create their context-sensitive enterprise-level ways of working framework.
If you are from a Project management background and are new to exploring Agile-based working, DASM certification is a good starting point. DASM online live certification training session gives you insights on doing projects using an Agile development approach.
There is no specific requirement for attending this DASM online certification training. Disciplined Agile Scrum Master is an introductory training and certification on Agile and Lean fundamentals. However, having the working experience of project management can be helpful.
DASM certification training teaches you generic Agile with the help of examples of the various flavours of Agile like Scrum, Lean, Kanban and SAFe. It also takes a good time to develop an understanding of Disciplined Agile. If you are working in project management and want to build an understanding of Agile, doing DASM is a good idea. However, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) gives you insights into how scrum works from the perspective of the scrum master. If you are working in Scrum, doing CSM as your first formal education in Agile is a good idea.
PMI-ACP course is for professionals who have experience in using Agile approaches. The exam rigor of PMI-ACP is higher than DASM. Doing a DASM certification course helps you set yourself on the path of PMI-ACP if you wish to do it later.
No, taking PMI’s approved DASM training is mandatory to qualify for the exam.
Yes, the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master program gives you complimentary access to one attempt to give the exam.
You will have 60 days from the time you receive the exam link to take the exam. You may retake it two more times within that 60-day period if you do not pass the first attempt. However, there is a $150 exam retake fee. But don’t worry, we will help you to pass the exam on the first attempt.
DASM exam consists of 50 multiple-choice questions.
The candidate will get 90 minutes to complete the DASM exam.
The renewal cycles for DASM and DASSM are 1 year,0 and the PDU requirements for both are 7. Renewal for DA certification is $50 per year. However, please also note that PMI’s membership renewal fee is different and separate from the certification renewal fee.
