Saahil has been a leader in transforming organizations and teams by helping them master Agile, Scaled Agile, and DevOps best practices for over 15 years. He has experience working with large-scale transformations in a variety of contexts. He has worked with start-ups and small businesses, the Federal Government, Fortune 100 and the Global 2000.
Saahil has led multiple Agile, SAFe®️, and DevOps Transformations providing portfolio, program, team, and executive coaching and training. Saahil is an internationally recognized expert having led transformations and certified over 1000 people in the US, UK, France, Canada, India, and Brazil. Throughout his career, he has launched 70+ ARTs and Solution Trains.
Saahil is recognized as an expert in Value Stream Management (VSM), building Complex Cyber-physical Systems and implementing Lean Portfolio Management (LPM). In addition to being a key contributor to both VSM and LPM, he led the first successful LPM transformation in a multi-billion dollar business with over 30k employees. He is the co-creator of Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) and GovOps. He has been published by Scaled Agile, SD Times, GigaOm, Ivy Exec, and the DevOps Enterprise Journal.
Saahil is a SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT) and certified Enterprise Business Agility Strategist. He is determined to help organizations extend their Agility beyond IT. He has degrees in Mathematics, International Business, and Design Thinking. He started his career as a Data Scientist, so Saahil is still passionate about the metrics behind successful transformations. As a former collegiate rugby player for the University of Florida, Saahil bleeds Orange and Blue and is a die-hard fan of Gator Football.
